The Ones That Got Away

Not everything made it to the final lineup. One cheeseboard, in particular, decided to throw a literal wobble after behaving beautifully for days. I dried the slab flat, weighted it, bisqued it, glazed it… and then, in the final glaze fire, it did a little dance. Clay, as always, keeps me humble.

Between the throwing and the glazing, I’ve been packing up orders and prepping for upcoming fayres. There’s bubble wrap everywhere, my label printer has developed a personality, and I’ve had more coffee than is probably wise.
