My first Makers Market and I sold out in 55 minutes!

I don’t even know where to start with this one… because WOW.

My very first market… and what an experience.

Let me just say this first —

egg cups.

They flew. Off. The. Shelves.

55 minutes… gone. Completely gone.

I stood there thinking… is this actually happening? 😅

But more than that, hearing people say my pieces were better than the big shops…

I’m not going to lie, that hit me right in the heart.

That’s the kind of moment you don’t forget.

The Prep (aka… absolute chaos)

Behind the scenes?

It was full-on.

Long days, messy hands, constant making, glazing, firing… repeat.

Hermione the kiln definitely earned her keep — and I think she was quite happy to have a weekend off afterwards 😂

It was one of those moments where you just keep going and trust it’ll all come together in the end…

and it really did.

The Best Part

The people.

There were so many of you, and every single compliment, every little conversation, every smile… it all meant everything.

Seeing people pick up my work, turn it over in their hands, and genuinely connect with something I’ve made…

I haven’t even shown these online yet, and I’ve still got a few left over — so now the rush has settled and the adrenaline has worn off, I’ll be adding them to the shop very soon.
