Handmade with Heart

All items are handmade in my garden cabin studio. That means:

  • Each piece is unique — no two mugs, bowls, or vases are exactly alike.

  • Slight variations in glaze, shape, or texture are part of the charm (and not considered faults).

  • Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via [ PayPal ].

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t, check your spam folder or send me a friendly nudge.

Shipping

  • I ship within the UK using trusted couriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. 

  • Stock Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are usually dispatched Monday.

Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.

  • I do my best to keep stock updated, but as each item is handmade, availability may vary.

  • If something you’ve ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, I’ll contact you promptly to offer a refund or alternative.
